Counseling
The main focus of my work is traditional talk therapy. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. This is where we learn what we think, and how that impacts the emotions we have which ultimately leads to understanding and (eventually) changing our behaviors.
Consultation
If you have a business or other entity that wants to learn how to support its employees better, then this is for you. My consultation could be about anything that you wish to improve from a humanistic standpoint. Empathy, being extremely important in any work environment, I can help show you how to increase your employee’s performance as well as the overall vibe and feel of your company. I encourage you to never underestimate the importance of how a workspace feels. I can help!
Clinical Supervision
One of the most frustrating parts of the ascent through my career was being able to have proper clinical supervision. In my opinion as a social work professional, this is one of the most important aspects of our learning. Let me use my years of experience to help you learn the real world of human service and counseling! I hope you will find that my warm and affirming nature (as I see it) will enhance your introduction into this field.

I am currently licensed to provide clinical supervision in Indiana, only. However, as time and budget allows, I will be expanding into other states. I will be focusing on The Interstate Compact and states that do not require testing.
My fee for service: $100/hour
You will be provided with an experience that would mimic that of my clients! You will be provided with access to my private portal. Therein you will access your private 1:1 HIPAA-protected video sessions, download/pay invoices, send/receive secure messages, and even request copies of notations I make in your chart as evidence of our time together ever being should it ever become necessary for you.
